Centrally located with all the required amenities are available in Ginger, Airport Road, Nagpur. Rooms are spacious, well designed and equipped with daily needs. Staff is extremely cooperative and cordial. A small issue in the room was not only resolved by the Front Office Manager, Mr Govinda in few minutes, but we were upgraded also. In their restaurant, their F&B manager, Rajesh Kamale, was very helpful and personally took care of the guests during breakfast and dinners. Rajesh had gone out of the way to make our dining experience wonderful during our stay. Not to forget, the servers in the restaurant, Arindam and Tabita were very efficient in their service with smiling face.

I stayed at Ginger Hotel for a night and I am quite satisfied with the room, service and food. Its only 5 mins drive from Nagpur airport so it was very convenient for me. I checked-in very late at night and the reception staff were very quick with the check-in formalities. The room was of the perfect size facing the main road but there was no noise pollution. The room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable & I had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious, not a big spread but just about right. The staff was very cordial and sweet. Overall my experience was good and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The restaurant and it's every staff reetika kiran tabita devjyoti rajat snigdho arindom rajesh the names I could remember. The ambience was great so was the hospitality. Food that we had were quite tasty. The best thing is the hotel seems fresh and young with so many young boys and girls right from reception to restaurant. It seems the property is under construction but whatever is available now is quite pleasant.

There’s scope for improvement in breakfast menu including taste and variety. The room and services were very good.

The spread was good and the staff courteous. My wife had a sprained ankle, and when the staff noticed her in discomfort, they brought all the refills and seconds directly on her table.

The service is fabulous. From bell boy to reception to restaurant staff ..everyone was wonderful! The rooms are so huge and comfortable with a great view and well equipped bathroom with awesome shower. The play room for kids is fun too!

It is a perfect spot if you have an early flight or if you are looking for something closer to the airport. The property has a good staff and breakfast too. They also had plant based milk for vegans, which was definitely a big plus ! Overall a good stay and experience.

They gave us a free upgrade to the executive room. It was huge and very comfortable. Hot water was instantaneous, and the pressure was extremely good. Being super close to airport makes it very convenient. Breakfast was nice as well. Chai was sugerfree and you can add it as per your needs.

It’s brand new and location is great . The food was good , the f&b staff were very accommodating . We took the buffet and found the spread inadequate , on letting them know they made extra starters and apologised as the menu was too sparse and promised to curate soon . Thumbs up to right attitude 👍
